Elevating fan loyalty
Reydix wants to be the game-changer for the event experience. By creating a clear loyalty program for the live entertainment industry, Reydix wants to be established as the first service experience focused on creating and maintaining a passionate relationship between fans and their idols.
As a product designer, my responsibility was to define and conceptualise a digital experience to encompass the vision to bring fans closer to their idols. scalability was a core requirement so that it could be extrapolated to all kinds of sports and entertainment worlds.
